  16. S}No, that drive has not been approved.  The two new approved drives are the
  17.  }Quantum QM31080FB-A (1 GIG) and the QM30540FB-a (540 MEG).  These drives do
  18.  }need the 2.52 version of the software which is now on the FTP site.  These
  19.  }drive are very good, they can do a block limit of 300.

  28. I just sent back and canceled an order for the Micropolis 2210A
  29. and ordered the Quantum 1GIG drive you mentioned above. Then I realized
  30. you are referring to the V2.52 Amiga par software. How about the Dos and
  31. NT software? Please say no problem, or I will start crying
  32. uncontrollably.

  34. Also, for anyone thinking of getting the Conner CFA1275A 1.27Gig drive
  35. for the par, it has been replaced by the CFS1275A which doesn't work
  36. worth $#!&.

  38. Hmmm should mention Lightwave a bit,.....Got FIBER FACTORY plugin today
  39. haven't had much chance to use it yet but what I have tried so far works
  40. well. It comes up as a menu under the modeler tool custom button No more
  41. bald characters!
